Thailand is climbing up the popularity charts among tourists. This is due not only to curiosity about the exotic culture and climate, but also to increasingly better offerings and lower prices for tours. In addition, Thailand has great diving sites and has a lot to offer, even to the most demanding tourist or diver. Read more about scuba diving in Thailand: where to go scuba diving in Thailand?
Diving in Thailand is a great idea not only for experienced divers, but for anyone. There are many sites that even novice divers can handle, and it is definitely a good place for a diving course. You will see a magnificent coral reef, many wrecks and even caves and, of course, a lot of underwater animals. Diving options in Thailand are very diverse and there is definitely something for everyone.
We organize diving trips to Thailand, which in its plan also includes a visit to many interesting places of this oriental country. This trip is designed for everyone, regardless of diving level. Non-divers are also welcome, as there will be many attractions for them as well.
Airport of Your Choice (read FAQ section)
August 2023
4-star and 5-star Hotels
The tour program is designed so that there is time for diving and rest, but also to visit some very attractive places. Group maximum of 10 people + two experienced guides throughout the trip. During the trip, there will be an opportunity to take a basic diving course, as well as to upgrade your diving qualifications.
While there, we will travel by various modes of transportation, such as ferries, buses, local planes and sleeper train. This will give us the opportunity to experience Thailand from different angles and see not only many great places, but also how Thais live.
Tour begins with meeting at Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok. However, depending on the Airport of Your Choice, a meeting place will be determined where you will meet the rest of the group. From the airport, travelers will be transferred to one of hotels in downtown Bangkok. Dinner will be served at the hotel, and for those who wish, an evening walk around Bangkok.
On the first day after arrival, we will explore the city and soak up the oriental culture. There will be no shortage of street food or rides on auto rickshaws, called tuk-tuk. We will see different corners of the city, from the rich neighborhoods to the ordinary suburbs.
We will have one more day to see Bangkok one more time. In the afternoon we will check in at the train station, where an overnight train will be waiting for us. This is the most convenient way of transportation, and also a great attraction. We will then face an all-night journey to the south of Thailand to the town of Chumpon.
After an all-night train ride, we will transfer to a ferry that will deliver us to the paradise island of Koh Tao. It’s one of the most beautiful places in Thailand, despite the fact that the island is really small at just over 20 square kilometers. After checking into the hotel there will be time to relax, as the next few days will be very intense!
Over the next few days we will be diving at many great dive sites around Koh Tao Island. I am almost sure we will see a Whale Shark! Afternoons will be spent among a wonderful community of divers.
On this day, we will say goodbye to Koh Tao and transfer to the nearby island of Koh Samui. We will take a quick ferry ride from island to island and check into our new hotel. The afternoon will be spent relaxing and exploring.
We will spend this day exploring Koh Samui, the largest of the local islands. We will get around on scooters or local cabs, and the plan is to visit the Big Buddha temple and other places of interest. In the afternoon we will get transported to the airport, where we will transfer to Bangkok by plane.
On that day, unfortunately, it will be time to pack up and say goodbye to wonderful Thailand. All travalers will be transported to the international airport and depending on the Airport of Your Choice, will return to their place of residence.
Included in the price is a package of 10 dives from a boat at various dive sites around Koh Tao and 2 night dives. A total of 12 dives.
The tour price listed includes the items you will find in the description. Anything beyond this list is not included in the price of the service and you may have to pay for these items separately if they are necessary. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team and read the entire booking and cancellation policy.
All of our tours begin and end at the airport in the destination country. Our base, however, is in Costa Rica, and some travelers will start the trip from that country. The other part of the tour usually departs from Europe, that is, from one of the major European airports.
If you can join either group, you obviously have the option to do so, and in this case you will be accompanied by a guide from takeoff. Alternatively, you can choose to reach the starting point, i.e. the airport in the destination country, on your own. In any case, the Airport of Your Choice refers to the place from where you want to start your tour and where we are to drop you off at the end of the tour.
