Go Explore With Me is a travel agency offering a variety of tours and activities in Costa Rica, including but not limited to:

• Scuba Diving
• Snorkeling
• ATV Tours

• Horseback Riding
• Vacation Rentals

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 to 2 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or insufficient participants. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Health and Safety

• Medical Conditions: Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
• Fitness Requirements: Certain tours may require a specific level of physical fitness. Please review the tour descriptions and assess your suitability before booking.
• Safety Instructions: All participants must adhere to safety instructions provided by our guides. Failure to comply may result in termination of participation without a refund.

6. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor and adventure activities.
• Limitation of Liability: Go Explore With Me and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in our tours, except where such liability is mandated by law.

7. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, and cancellation or curtailment of tours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Go Explore With Me or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
