The price listed on our website is the final price for the scope listed in the tour description. That is, all elements that are included in the scope are already included in the price. Yes, we require prepayment, as this is considered acceptance of the agreement and reservation of your place on the tour. Prepayment is also necessary so that we can book all the elements of the tour for you with our partners. Prepayment is usually 50% of the value of the tour, unless otherwise stated in the description.

At the time of confirmed reservation we will ask you to pay a 50% deposit. You will pay the rest on the day of the tour.

No, the price of the tour from the time of booking is fixed and will not change. The price will remain the same, even if we have to raise the price for new customers at a later date due to external factors. Therefore, we encourage you to book as early as possible.

We organize our trips in advance so that you can plan everything and so that we can close the list of participants as soon as possible. This also allows us to secure places in hotels and with our partners. However, there are situations that we are unable to foresee. Internal regulations and changes in tourism or security restrictions can be such an impediment that we are unable to carry out the tour as planned. However, if, despite our efforts, it is not possible to carry out the tour, we will be forced to cancel the trip or reschedule it for another date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
